nope, its a rok. totally different engine. same size (125cc) but just a different class.

its so smooth to ride, we rode the new park today and it was so friking busy we just road back to this skatepark and no one was there.

lol k. Well he should have some 07 frames in and if he wont give you your full money back you could always do that because it would be cheaper, unless you want an 08 frame. But i would suggest an 07 stuff, or any cowan because they have horizontal drop outs and thats better for single speed if you wanna get that.

shit its gone now. Umm i just asked if i could get my frame warrantied and then i asked what frames he had in stock that i could get for warranty. Im not sure if you want a kona still or are you gonna get a different frame?

first thing i did was go on the kona site and go to their forums and talk to the tech guy about it. I did that and bugged him enough so he knew who i was and then i went ot dutch and told them to talk with kona about it, and he talked to the same guy i was so i got the frame free except for shipping.
